Authorhunt record or gremlin wreckers
because the ability or gremlin wreckers has changed from wreckage to undermine, fighting these gremlins in hunt is much harder, therefore i feel that the hunting record for these creatures should be reset back to 0.

tell me if you agree.

Oh, they implemented that ? lol. Well, of course you can avoid that damage easily, just go diagonal instead of front, wreckers waste their turn, you waste yours, nothing bad.
use more of flyers ( if u have any ) :P

thats one way to handle things when there's only 2 stacks. but its much more difficult to predict where the mines are when there's 6 stacks, and you only have a couple of troops they put mines in front of.
Use more flyers and shooters against gremlins.

Other wise run diagonally. Nothing to worrya bout

That's true, you'll have to position your troops so that non-flyers don't block eachother in diagonal movement, especially the large creatures. Well, I haven't played improved wreckers yet, so I can't speak with certainty, but I just hope it's not so hard to face wreckers even now.

The problem is as AI gets advanced, the admins don't downgrade it just because the hunts become unfair. Check this out :

This is how cave demons AI used to be. That's the highest hunt record on the whole server for cave demons, check the warID, after so many new weapons and enchant possibilities being introduced to the game, that combat is "ancient". Why ? Because cave demons used to only cast disruption ray back then, now they cast fireball and no matter how many fire defenses you get, you'll never be able to break that hunt record.
Thread can be closed.. in my two battles against them with alt, they haven't created a single mine :D
@9 Are you talking about your alt? Because I see no battles with gremlin wreckers in your combat log (since early May).

1. one game was with ranger based army.
2. 2nd game, i stood in front of them with my only melee troop. hence no mines?
hunt becomes harder since the basic number of creatures for the first hunt is higher than it used to be in .com

they are just so intelligent.
i mean look at the trap they placed on their first turn.
and look even though i used rocs. no use...
this is too overpowered..
but its a whole new story in this battle :D
