it is more like :-
Bonus of 1 equipped artifacts: +0% , +0% magic shield
Bonus of 2 equipped artifacts: +1% , +0% magic shield
Bonus of 3 equipped artifacts: +2% , +0% magic shield
Bonus of 4 equipped artifacts: +3% , +5% magic shield
Bonus of 5 equipped artifacts: +4% , +10% magic shield
Bonus of 6 equipped artifacts: +5% , +15% magic shield
Bonus of 7 equipped artifacts: +6% , +20% magic shield
Bonus of 8 equipped artifacts: +7% , +25% magic shield

Anyway, as of now, the total ini you can get from 7 arts so far is 31%. Tried and tested.
Grab a thief or plunderer's crossbow for +3% or +4% ini respectively and a sword (preferably +5atk, +3%ini or +6atk, +2%ini) and you are ready to go! |

@ blackdeathgr. The total ini from 7 arts is 26% (counting the 5% you get from the Thief Guild makes your total 31% - not the sets total)
