Elf scout set has 4 items wich are all worth 600.000 for ONE.
A set cost about 2.5kk without enchants. Better not save up for it, rather enjoy the game.
You can always Lease elf scout for a few battle's, for example:

You have a chance of getting an art if you donate and turn in a chest of abundance but good luck there too ;)
Sets like that to me are virtually useless in my opinion unless you have boatloads of money and want to crush everyone. |

Oh I just noticed one has dropped a month ago! Ofcourse when I gave up looking for one lol..
Its the first one in nearly 20 months as the last scout bow was dropped at 2012-09-22 18:44:04. Makes the chance for a bow slighty higher.
The chance of looting scout boots/amulet is however 75% higher then that of looting the bow! |

the only way i know of getting anything as rare as this is this:
- get a flash compatible phone/app
- enroll like crazy
- buy item/set from market
that or by marrying a wealthy russian (if you are a girl) and ask it as a wedding present :P |
