Hi all
I used to play this game a while ago and seem to have forgotten a couple of things..
What exactly is this ranger's guild? i have started saving up for a tgi ( i was a thief in past account and it was quite fun) but now i wanted to know how good is it to join the RG?
I don't see much ini perks for rg :(
Is it a typo in the about page?
Am i missing something or is rg simply worse than tg? | It is worse than TG in terms on %ini gained, true.
I guess this is intended, TG u have either to pay diamonds or save a lot of gold to became a member. RG is more available to everybody, but some people around argued that is more costly in the long-run than TG, since u can sell TGI at lvl5 and recuperate some of the invested money.

Not only that, you get your first ranger artifact at 800 points and on the other hand, fifth thief artifact at 840 points. | Rangers is for the ones who can't afford TGi and so can't expect much gain from it

True. Also mind that in order to participate in RG you must have a horse, meaning extra cost of 6k weekly. | Ranger's guild is good for people, who dont want to be on dark side (= thief's guild). If someone cares about role playing element of the game ...
From power player view is probably TG better, but if someone doesnt want save a lot of gold for invitation, RG is good option. Sure you need horse, but "everyone" can save gold for Abu-Bakir's charm, which include good mount. And even people who are thieves use charm, so need of horse for RG is not so big disadvantage. Because bonuses from ABC are so nice, is good to have it, doesnt matter, if you do TG, RG, of just hunts, mercenaries, etc. | | I really like what you said Gaviena - "role playing element of the game". Remember when i started i had even counter how many filthy thieves i managed to beat :p ....then i clashed reality in pvp's (i.e. lack of initiative bonus) - which are creme de la creme of this game ... |
