Since the no. of new players playing the game has taken a hit, There are not many at pre-mg3 who are still building their MG.
So the probability of an average person receiving a MS is almost same as that of getting a Moonstone :D
So, it can be expected that soon, their price difference will fall as they have very similar supply, same demand.

total amount of the more frequent drops is huge, it would take years for prices to rise significantly
you can find dozens of players with 100 viper venoms, 200 abrasives, but with only 10 windflowers and... zero moonstones |

They have low demand as they are used for mainly jewelry enchants (puke)
hmm u better clean that dirt from here ;p
and for you knowledge they r also used in weapon enchanting :D |
