| I think I saw somewhere in LWM where the admin previously had plans for the implementation of a 4th mini art but I guess those plans were stalled due to unknown reasons. |

I personally believe wizards are overpowered as they are
the idea is nice , but it's plantation in the game overpowers wizards even more

the idea doesn't have anything to do with lower levels, it addresses wizards at higher levels.
mini-arts are the wizard's unique racial ability. number of mini-artifacts increases up until level 9, but after that it stays at 3 which makes wizards weak at higher levels. |

7. It is forbidden to create topics with suggestions to weaken/strengthen any unit, artifact, faction.
Balancing between faction is traditionally done a few times each year by adjusting the number of creatures it is possible to recruit. |
