Few days before there was a similar complaint about him in this section. That was when i first saw his logs which was filled with illegal transfers in its entirety.
I sent him a simple message to clean it up because it looked too obviously dirty and since then he's been spamming my inbox with insults in some foreign language.
Lord Stanley and several others unsigned multichars are involved with him in large number of financial transactions.
