| So where can I download Adobe flash for android kitkat for enrolling and some hunts to be done from my phone??? |
You can not download flash player for androids
However there are some browsers which have flash support , you can use them for enrolling
For eg - Puffin , FlashFox and Photon browsers have flash support |

For android 4.4 there is a small problem that there isnot in 4.3 or lower versions but still you can use flash.
Right now the only browser that support native flash in KitKat is Dolphin and you must be sure to enable the dolphin jetpack or download it its totally free and come from the playstore.
Moreover there is a special version of flash for KK.
Of course you can always use puffin, but I have flash working best than ever in KK ( over a 4.4 MIUI ROM but i dont see problem to work on other roms )
