On what basis Empire gives salary to mods?
Well i found him..

If you look at combat log of this play.. its quite obvious he isnt so active + he played last battle in May.
Also character is went offline August
Character went offline at 07:57, 2014-08-02
Then how come still he is getting money?

2014-08-01 21:32: Received 40000 Gold from Empire: salary june, july
Personally i have never seen this guy much on forums
5 month of inactiveness still salary?
Isnt Empire spoon-feeding or financially assisting some? :P I'm sure there could be other examples like this too! | There are many like these...
without arctic, nobody gives an account to EMPIRE about activities of mods :x
