My suggestion is that after 24 hours if you have not received your diamonds, message this character; https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=7
But you need to wait 24 hours. When contacting the Dealer, make sure you mention 1) How much you paid. 2) By which method 3) That you haven't received your diamonds after 24 hours and your account has been charged. Including this information will likely make them more able to assist you.
As another option, you could try contacting the Xsolla payment team. Go to the donate page, click on "contact us" in the lower left corner and enter into a live chat. Tell them you have made your payment through SMS method and have yet to receive the goods. Ask them if they can do anything to assist. However, the Xsolla merchants do not have any involvement with the game so this may have no effect.
But be patient is the best advice. After 24 hours, perhaps then you can start to get concerned ;) |
