| Hi I just leveled form 12 to 13 and got no extra recruitment count (as Elf), is this normal or is it just not recognising my level, got talent and stat points | some lvl up won't give much troop increment, it depends on faction/class also
exp lvl8-lvl9 or lvl12-lvl13 it also depends on troop balancing :P
