Hi,
When I was level 1/2 I seemed to win a lot of battles, but now I'm level 3 I've lost 4 pvp games in a row. Any advice on how to do better at level 3/4? | for ElvishGrace:
I can't seem to comprehend the fact that you are winning less on lvl 3 as an elf.
The elven bowmen are really powerful in pvps at lvl 3/4.
Yes, against barbarian you might have problems because orcs' initiative is more than the bowmen's, but other factions should be easier for you.
Try to split your bowmen when facing other shooters, or cover them if facing melee only army. Always kill the shooters first.
Take retal of the enemy troops before you attack them with efks.
Don't rush into the enemy, wait for the opportune moment to attack. You don't want to get in can the range of multiple strong stacks to kill just one. Since, forest keepers have high speed of 6, you can get yourselves in position from where you can reach them but they can't reach you.
Know which units forest keepers can take on alone and which one they cannot, weaken them with bowmen first.
And of course try to prevent fringe enemy stacks to block your bowmen, kill them with hero.
You can't win every duel at this lvl. Not every fight is a fair one. One faction is bound to weigh in over another one, that is why group battles exist. | | don't rush to always duel and increase your CL. do more enroll and hunt. +1 def and atk are nice for lower lvl | https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=10
