I just read the official announcement, to summarize it, these guys are unlikely to come and attack us again(nooo we wanted more enchants!) and the artifacts' durabilities depend on number of wins of its receiver.
Also maybe a small bug but it seems the artifact descriptions in .com are wrong
Here are the official modifiers of the arts:
Light Temporal Bow: +1 Attack +1% Initiative +5% ranged damage
Temporal Bow : +1 Attack +1% Initiative +9% ranged damage
Heavy Temporal Bow: +1 Attack +1 Defense +1% Initiative +15% ranged damage | unfortunately, my translation hasn't been published yet:

Lordship, our victory was not bloodless, but finally we managed to defeat the enemy! Tattered remnants of the swarm fled across the flats and would not pose a threat for us in future. All those who gained at least 5 victories in combats would receive an artifact. The artifact’s durability would depend on the number of victorious combats.
