The complete set gives you +1 Speed and +10% initiative as bonus and the arts give you:-
dagger - +1 attack +1 def +2% initiative +10% melee damage
boots - +3 def +3% ini
armor - +4 def +2% ini
cloak - 24% ranged resistance
crossbow - +4 attack + increases shooters' range by 1 tile
amulet - +1 luck +1 morale +4% ini
rings x2 - +6% ini x2 = +12% ini
Mask - +2 def +3 ini
Total set cost ->1900 gold/battle
With enchanted dagger:- ( remove plain dagger's cost = 150, thus 1750 is set cost and the dagger price as follows )
5*10% ->750(alone), with set 700, so total ->2450/battle
5*6% -> 450(alone), with set 425, so total ->2175/battle
5*5% -> 400(alone), with set 380, so total ->2130/battle
5% discount extra if taken for 4 or more fights.
Refund 80% for more than 2 battles
