The drop is 20% out of successful attempts in hunts/MG's or just 5 attempts
What I mean is I have to win 5 battles and I have a chance of drop or 5 attempts in which say I win 4 battles and that 1 loss is also counted in that % rate of drop???? |

Successful completion of quest counts and yes the chance is 20%,it can either be 1 of out 5 quest or 10 out of 50 quest and so on (the 10 which I mentioned may not be consecutive) .
For Hunts: It depends on your hunter skill level. |

The chance of an element drop is 20%. This is independent though so you may get long periods with no drops but over time it should average out at about 20%. |
