Abu-Bakir's Charm potion doubles inventory slots and I think it's bugged, at least repair part from depo.
Now I have:
Items (42/90)
I'm in Bear Mountain, which means I should be able to repair from depo (and there is enough gold in the clan).
Couple weeks ago I had no problem to repair arts from depo (I'm always in Bear Mountain):
