I have filed complaints in both servers. But, still no response.

i dont know if you would have tried this.
try to open your account in either
INCOGNITO mode
or select a different browser |
also if possible
erase you history totally then try to open the game
remove the scripts for now.
just a normal browser. |
Well it seems like they didn't understand what you were saying on the Russian forums because you used translate. You need to find a Russian/English speaking player and get them to write out a proper translation.
The best thing you can do posting here is to list everything that you have tried so far. We aren't able to fix it - But we can try to provide solutions, only if we know everything that you have tried! |
Actually, I done all formalities such as
Cache, internet and temp clear.
Tried in different servers.
Used to log-in with one of old unused account(Hunt working for that account). |
