No it is not illegal as long as the price isn't too ridiculous.
If you buy crystal for 360 and sell it for 362 you will only lost money anyways.There's a 1% commission. |
| Selling resources at the facility price means the seller is losing money/selling below cost (receiving ~357 for something that cost 360 at the facility). All those people selling gems for 364 aren't rolling in profits, they're just trying to avoid losing money on the transaction. |

| 365 will be just profitable, i.e. you will earn 1 gold per resource sold. However chances are slim that anyone will buy it at market. |
| Selling it for 370 gold isn't illegal; selling it for 3700 gold would be. Just keep in mind that there's no set rule so it is up to every one to judge what is acceptable and what is not (the standart is the market price when you place your lot I believe). There's nothing wrong in making profit from market though, many players buy and sell with this in mind. |
