| hi guys there is one friend of mine who has forgotten his characters password and whenever he tries to get the password on his email it does not come. |

| If email is correct and server shows "The password has been sent to your email." then check spam folder. If using gmail, check all the tabs i.e. primary, social, and promotions. |

| If there is "Search" inbuilt in Hotmail (Which I am sure would be) search for keywords "LWM" "LordsWM" "Lords of war and money" |
Wait for another 4 to 6 hours and check if the mail has arrived.
It does happen with Hotmail, that mail does not arrive immediately. |
There is no other option.
