not necessary actually.
but safe side just mention it.
like you login from diff ip.
I did the same in my profile as I login from home. mobile . office.

| Admins should know about dynamic IPs and that users log in from everywhere, so I don't think it's necessary. But if you feel better... |
| i have never seen anybody penalized in any form for not properly mentioning how dynamic their ip is. in fact if you dont have any additional accounts generally if u dont want u dont need to write anything at all |

That will give off a different IP every time, belonging to diff. countries :s
