Laborer's guild is really hard to level up and max out, so here's my suggestion to make it a bit easier.
Basically, once a week, we can go to work for 12 hours straight(only one enrollement) and it'd give 2x LG points.
Conditions for this to be acceptable :
- Player must be level 5+ and at least 500 points in laborer's guild(or lg level 3).
- Can only be done with the mining factories of the Empire's Capital.
- No travel during the period time.
- Applying to this would give you 2x the normal rate for LG points(maybe only 1,5x).
- Salary and LG points would be given at the end of the time period.
- No PVP while working (with the exception of non regular events).
- Can only be done once a week.
Things that would need further discussions:
- the bonus from Abu-Bakir's Charm effective for this ?
- the tavern and roulette open while working ?
- Medals that show how much you've worked :
-"Worker of the season" + 1 % to laborer's salary, obtained once worker's day done every 10 times. Maximum bonus would be 10/20%.
-"Worker of the Year" + 1 permanent def obtained after 50 times and the bonus is given only once.
I don't know how much it would change the game or if it would affect it possitively, also i don't know if something similar was proposed before (i only checked the first 10 pages of the ideas forum). |

my honest opinion/suggestion:
before posting any ideas/suggestions think twice, does it really have any chance of happening?
trust me it will save your time :)
im not saying its a bad idea, well i can propose something like every month we get 100 diamonds as a gift or a million gold, would be great but absolutely no chance of happening. besides why would admin give free gold like that? the enroll system exists so that players come by every hour, making them more active. besides its not even fair, someone enrolling 14 times a day gets the same as someone enrolling 1 or 2 times. finally admins want you to donate to get free gold, so ur idea will make them lose real money you know. |
The restrictions seem kind of unnecessary. Would be better if they gave an ABC once a month for a day *for promotional purposes* but then again ABC doesn't cost that much if you have around LG 6. :)

admins MAY grant this to Capital's 160gold mines.... once in a millennium ;) |
i'm not bored of enrolling, not at all, the main reason why i proposed this was for people to help level laborer guild and for people who wish to spend more time on the game yet can't.
also considering i didn't play for almost a year, i would already be lg 5 nearly 6 if i were enrolling at least twice a day. |
