| You probably gained these fsp points from an event (PoT, game anniversary, etc). You need to do a normal combat in order to level it up. Just do a normal battle, if you don't have enough troops and don't want to build the wizard castle, accept any of the Brigands MG quest, and finish the combat, even with a loss it will level it up. :) |
