as i said i just started 2 days ago.. i havent read the rules yet.. i just did tho and i found this

Why was I fined?
A: Easy come – easy go. You only lost what you received illegally. Anything received for no reason (no description) or "dirty" reasons (received from hacked characters; as a goodbye gift from a quitter etc.) should be sent either back or to Empire."
