I know its my duty to analyze but, Can I have opinions on changing faction ?
Its gonna cost me 1,74,560g for changing to Wizard
Which faction can I prefer If I intend to change ?
Im a level 8 Elf. I mostly do Hunts Mg and Events |
The gold difference won't be large to build a faction from the start.
Go dark elves since they're good for PvE |
I prefer you keep playing Elf
You may seem frustrated with elf in your level, But patient.
It is not worth to change faction for now.
With your current gold and fsp level, My opinion is Keep playing elf (try chamber elf) |

As an experienced chaos wizard I can say one thing: pick a non-wizard faction :)
If you switch to chaos wizard, abandon all hope. It is non-competitive during the events (unless you're a low level holy buffer behind the back of heavy damage dealers). You rather won't make a good thief due to low initiative.
In PvP everybody will laugh, except maybe knights.
In hunts, however, you would shine but your hunts will take 4 to 10 times amount of time it takes while playing an elf (you'd be running circles with your gargs waiting for mana to regenerate).
Switch to wizard only if you like missions impossible. If you do, you could learn some PvP tricks from ppl like:

It is not worth to change faction for now.
On the contrary, it's much easier to build faction resistance while you're low level and with few Guild points. And it costs much less.
Starting a new faction when you're level 12, 14, etc. will cost you several hundred k gold, the easiest of hunts will be impossible, and you'll get absolutely demolished in events and PvP. |

Example:
You play as Elf, but have faction level 5 in Demon, against a Demon army (Human player or AI with hero). The enemy army's damage gets reduced by 5 x 3%.
That's why so many people try to have one main faction with high faction level and some (or all) other factions with a lower faction level.
At your point you can easily change factions (you don't need to build all castle structures to play easy hunts or MG) and build of faction resistance. The more you wait the more you will pay for castle constructions at later levels. |

| My 2 cents. Battle wiz, dwarf and charmer elf are at the top of my list. I personally love playing necro tho, so i always ended up changing back to them. Necro is so so good if youre a good player. Good luck |

| If you are looking for faction resistance, just use portals of time, they are far far cheaper. That saved gold could be used for Abu bakr charms etc. However, I did not do this and gained my faction resistance the hard way, through carefully ensuring hunts and mgquests were never done too much so that you always have some easy battles. If I was starting now I would be tempted to stick with one faction, however I wouldn't because one point has not been made yet. Switching factions is fun. It is nice to have a change and a better feel for all the factions. As someone who has played as chaos wiz a lot I think the can be competitive and you may get a lot of close matches which has its excitement, however all matches will take a lot longer. 100 garga can run for quite a while in thieves etc, and while it is effective, it is also a bit dull. Personally I like dwarves as the runes give more options of doing different things. |
you shouldn`t be in a rush to change into a new faction and build the whole castle .. i did that when changed from elf to DE and ended up broke to do anything so i just had 2 main factions which is useless now ..
try changing and buying minimal castle -in your level you don`t need to buy any building at all- just play with the faction a little and try it out .. get some fsl on the way and you either change into a new one or if you really liked it you can stick with it
and leave the easy hunts and MG quests for the other factions don`t do them all like crazy
there is no need to rush and spend a ton of gold like that :D |
