Easiest way is by checking how much exp you got in a very easy or very hard hunt. Very easy hunt you should get 70*CL exp, very hard hunt you should get 1k*CL exp without being pumped.

you should have got 70*7=490 exp, but you got 545 exp, so you are pumped by 55/490=11%
This method is always 100% accurate as long as the battle is recent and thus more accurate than any script. |

Yes as long as you avoid doing to many PvP or too many max exp hunts(cl*500) you should easily be pumped. |
