There have been so many ideas and suggestions in in that forum branch but so far I have never seen one being executed even with several +1's.
Does anyone have a list of ideas and suggestions accepted? Only from the English forums and not from too long ago, let's say 3 years max.
The most recent one I have seen ~kinda~ being applied was a suggestion about daily quests, similar to which we got the watcher's Guild. However, WG was introduced too soon after that suggestion and was very different so certainly the admins didn't introduce it because of that idea.
I am asking for this because there have been hundreds of ideas and suggestions which have been praised by other .com members yet no action has been taken. All this makes this branch of forum almost useless(don't know about .ru).
I believe it would be great if we have some kind of petition to increase the acceptance rate of such ideas and suggestions and the opinions of the people who comment on such given more value and importance, i.e., if certain posts has several +1's, they should have at least a 50% approval rate.
Has something like this asked about or discussed before?

The answer is in short that the com community has provided input and some of the ideas have been implemented. The way it has been done is that the ICC (#7739 LWM - International Community Council) made a document with the most popular ideas and Arctic translated and presented them to the admins. This was a rather long time ago and I consider the I&S section as rather useless for the moment. It might change any time so don't stop your creativity.
ICC is working for a generally better game and especially for the com community. Most of the work is done behind the scenes but a few times it is lifted to the com community. We need the support from the community but unfortunately we get some negative comments when we try to present suggestions.

How many +1? 10? 20? 30??
There are up to 10k online players, so probably 100k regularly active accounts. I&S threads get no support from the community, let's just face it. Even if you round it down to .com server, it would take a few hundred +1 *at least* to be somewhat representative (I think we had around 3k active players at best back before the merge).

The problem is not all of them care about forums! At most I believe there to be a few hundred accounts that comment on I&S or any other forum.

Something this big, that also in the GG forum, not on I&S has *only* 115-130 +1's, so how can you possibly say even 1k +1 would still be a small portion?
Many people don't even share their ideas on I&S forums these days due to the lack of response, let alone comment on it or give +1's.
LWM is a game created by gamers, for gamers, so it is not just my opinion that I&S should be taken more seriously.

Yes, I agree, yet that coming from a moderator proves even further that I&S has been completely dormant since the merge.
