here sprites get their turn before efk, although ini. difference is more than 1.
I thought arrangement is random for creatures with ini difference less than 1, but here my belief is opposed.

A creature can have it's starting initiative position boosted up to 10% and assuming EFK had no increase and sprites have a near 10%, sprites STARTING initiative would be 18 or so.. | | closed by Bheem (2015-08-30 16:59:13) |
