Hi! I haven't noticed any obvious recruit changes after this MT(none for lev 10 elf).
Can someone please let me know if there have been any significant changes in recruiting pre-lev 14?

| usually they let us know (or i should say let .ru know) and since nothing is said, then id assume no balancing was done. |
