Why do some people transfer 0 durability artifacts to Empire? Is there any benefit, or is it just because they feel like it?

because they feel like it.
Well last time I used to do the same mainly to expand my transfer log (sounds stupid but yeah) and also to keep track of arts I've tossed away and to make it a habit of not pressing the "discharge" button. |
| low dura enchanted arts cant be discarded so the only way to get rid of them is send to empire |
