Although it's not seen whether I could consume other troops (except my own) or not, there isn't a cursor option for me = couldn't consume, tried it on nearly all the other troops including xbows, griffins, etc but still no consume cursor available.
Cursor appear for my own troops though i.e hounds and horses. |

There has been a change in the way that Consume Corpse works. It now only applies to your own troops.
