But whay then another 5 reach lvl 6, you dont get nothing? Only some gold and diamond... |

Just a guess, but it probably doesn't depend on how many players you invite reaches level 6. I think it would make more sense if:
5 players -> level 6 = Bornze
5 players -> level 10 = Silver
5 players -> level 15 = Gold |

Q.5.36: What can I get a Recruiter artifact and achievement for?
A.: First Recruiter achievement is granted after referring 5 characters that have reached Combat Level 6; 2nd - for 20 characters that reached CL 6; 3rd - for 50 characters that reached CL 6. The artifacts are granted along with the achievements. Achievements and artifacts are granted for characters invited after 5th June, 2011.
So
5 players = bronze achievement
15 players = silver achievement
50 players = gold achievement
Condition all player must reach CL6
