Ircorrect gametime (timezone?)

I live in GMT +02:00 (with daylight saving system).
I have correct system time at my PC.
(For inctance, this topic created at 14:20)
But in game, after moving out of summer time, it shows me 15:20.
I didn't find any settings that allows to set timezone directly.
I've already loguot and login again, this doesn't help too.
Is it any way in this game to synchronize time in my case?

In Russia they don't have different timezone's and they don't change the hour in the winter/summer.

The hour in this game will always be 2 or 1 hour different, there is nothing we can change about it.
