Hey,

Yes and No.
It depends why you decided to Block it BOW.
If it has illegal transfers, or any illegal activity then I doubt it will be unblocked, even if you did get it blocked by your own will.
However, if it hasn't, then there's a Waaay low chance of you getting it unblocked.
There are probably hundreds of unblock requests a day, and I highly doubt they can all be looked at daily.
