| Your fsp needs to be 1.6*average fsp of all players at your level. According to this site, you need at least 7209 fsp to be "pumped": http://lgnd.ru/stat/average I'm not sure if this website is up to date though (but even if it isn't, it should be a good approximation) |

No, you are in the average range. Infact at your CL there is more than 9k accounts with similar fsp as you (average range) if my source isn't terribly outdated otherwise there would be more. You need atleast 10726 fsp to be called a pumped character.

There is a simple way to check if you are pumped. The minimum base exp for a hunt is 70*[CL]. In your last hunt, you got 980 exp, which is 14*70 so you are not pumped. If you were pumped, you would have got more exp |

the inequality of FSP amount between .ru and .com player still haven't solved..The admin used their own standard of judgement to determine if we are under developed or normal, or over FSP pumped..In reality, these .ru people have more FSP than we are
Because we are not Russian people, so admin won't care about us...If this situation is reversed where .ru people has lesser FSP..see what would happened :)

It has been solved for many .commers. I was below average after the merge, and now Im above average while Im not even close to my next CL. This is the same for many players ). |

Simply this people same level as you, he has lesser experience than you, but yet he has 31k fsp, more than 2k than you...Is this balance?Do you think 2k fsp is little? it could be several level of other sub faction..which increase resistance % |
we're talking about average here lol ...
of course there will be those players who consistently wastch their fsp and play in lots of events so they have lots more fsp then normal average players..
for us we are at a disadvantage cause we come from .com but dev's have slowly brought most of us to the average level sure maybe with ur level of activity you could have been on par with the top guys but cause of merge you are only slightly above average ...
but that's still better then being below average... |

| I don't know where arcanide has those values from.. They are incredibly low even for average range. So according to randomr1; post 5 being incredibly accurate, i can't agree with. If anything, that seems more like the lowest fsp for each level that players can have. |
