reputation does not effect elements drop
but there is different type of elements you can obtain based on the MG level

Is there any specific probability for obtaining elements through quests?
There's a 20% chance of getting an element upon a successful MG quest. That 20% is independent of all other factors meaning, if you didn't get an element for 5 MG quest, the probability is still 20%. Some players have gone up to 30-50 MG quest without elements.
On what elements you get its completely random, you can get from a abrasive to a moonstone though to qualify to get for a specific element, say moonstone, you need to have MG 3 onward. |
