Please be a little more specific. Has your phone's credit been charged/deducted? If so give it time, from my experience, it could vary from less than 5 min to a couple of hours.

why you donate with phone credit? it is expensive
as comparison, my country is Indonesia. let say I will spent 60,000 IDR or equal 4.25 USD
