| I can't donate by using hand phone credit ? | Please be a little more specific. Has your phone's credit been charged/deducted? If so give it time, from my experience, it could vary from less than 5 min to a couple of hours.
If after some time, you still have yet to receive the said diamonds, contact Dealer:

why you donate with phone credit? it is expensive
as comparison, my country is Indonesia. let say I will spent 60,000 IDR or equal 4.25 USD
4.25 USD in phone credits can buy 4.14 diamonds
4.25 USD in bank transfer can buy 6.68 diamonds
4.25 USD in paypal can buy 10.18 diamonds | | I have used phone credit too, as a student at times it is the only do-able thing :) |
