Does the difficulty of watchers guild change based on wins or losses like thieving.

As a level 12, I got 16 lava dragons, 32 invokers, 28 patriarchs, a Level 17 boss and some other units.

That seems near impossible. Granted my set up was ridiculously bad. I had decided to test out a chaos demon build, and Dwarves are probably the best against that, so it was a stupid build, but I can't see many level 12 builds dealing with that horror.
No it does not depend on wins or losses.
Yeah that sounds tough, try might build maybe, chaos is the worst you could have in a battle like that.
Nobody knows if it depends on wins or losses, there is no validated information about it. So far there are only opinions about this guild.
Also, point 10 about it has been proven false, namely: 10. All guild errands are accomplishable a posteriori (already completed at the given combat level with the given faction and class).
This point has been debunked tons of times.

So far from what I have seen your combat level doesn't even matter much, it's like the levels 14-21s all get the same if not worse quests.

They say that it differs with what faction you play, that a different faction gets way less AI troops than another. Not only did this turn out to be utter nonsense but had this actually been true then it would also mean that there is a big imbalance between the factions.
I digged deeper and compared watcher quests done by just my faction and saw high levels 18-21 getting almost half of what a way lower level like 14 got. To this people changed their tune into that there must be different settings of each quest where one can get the max difficulty or a really melted down one of it. Again without anything backing it up.
I analysed it a lot further by checking top players quests and it really seems to be the case that certain type of quests are the same for level 14-21s, maybe even lower combat level, I only checked levels 14 and above.

From the looks of it things will even start to get worse after I reach level 3 of it this month since point 9 is: 9. Errand complexity increases with each new guild level.

So far the admins have been tightlipped about this guild, so what we are left with are only opinions.
