What's this idea is about:
People would be granted rewards by the empire for a successful implementation for their ideas. The reward could be a simple a gold reward, or an achievement on the player's profile or both.
Advantages:
It'll influence greater amount of players to think out of the box and suggest some good worthy ideas. |

the reason why the isnt as much ideas anymore is because they are never implemented, im not even sure if admins even look at this part of the forum :D

Nope, the good ideas get implemented, it just takes longer than you expect.

And on topic now, this idea would be a little uncomfortable to implement, meaning that it couldn't be automated, admins would have to manually give you the achievement in each case.
What I would suggest instead would be something more general, which is connected to the "suggested many times idea" 7. Forum post ratings (+1/-1). : There could be a formula to give someone an achievement based on his forum rating from rest players. For example, someone makes a good idea, people can rate him in that forum post and this would work for all branches, like Queries and help, technical support, etc etc. So a player would have achievements and ratings for all different forum branches where he/she contributed to. |
I think this is a good idea.
An achievement badge might be a good reward.
A shiny and elegant badge on the profile might boost the munber of ideas in I&S section.
however, this may also mean there are going to be a lot more irrelevant or repeating ideas at I&S section. This will eventually turn into some serious flooding by some of us who are desperate for the badge.
It is a good idea but i dont think it can be implemented(too many setbacks) |
