Let me put it this way:
If you make a Hunt in Full APs + Enchants, do you get more than 1.00 FSP? Taking into account you do it on your own, and dont use enemy Abilities against them (Fire Breath).

Ap has no effect in fsp in PvE as far as I know.
Also in most or all events, whether you use lowest allowed ap or max ap you will get same fsp. |
The recent i.e. event defender's day was a pve style combat.
If fought w/o min. ap I got half the fsp as normal. |
