Sphynx there have around 2K Hp, and Bears 900.
Since the odds of Paw Knock happening are super low (If we count ONE attempt of triggering, one step), Im gonna guess the program thought Bears were the ones moving and not the Sphynx, since I think Whirlwind has a fail.
So it took 7 attemps (Spynx move 6 or 7 in that battle IIRC) and it happened easily.
But it actually shouldnt have happened since Bears dont move, and when you multiply something by 0 its 0.
And if we take into account the Hp difference and the fact that Bears dont move, the source of it happening is the Spynx IMHO.
I hope you got my meaning Btw, sorry for my English.
Tl/Dr: Yes, its a bug. Im guessing Whirlwind is not programmed correctly with Paw Knock, or something like that. Just my opinion tho. |
| If my memory serves well I have seen that happen with other units too & thought wth so it may not b whirlwind. |
| Or perhaps : it works because it's a RETAL strike (like Knockback). It's not an ATTACK without moving, in which case it is indeed 0 as stated. |
