| sir, inspite of building level 3 magic building,i am not able to use level 3 magic spells. the problem is that the option of level 3 magic spells does not appear in the magic book and as a result i am not able to use them. i hope that you will look upon this matter. thanking you echidno | | you need dark talents | or wisdom talent.
Building magic guild allow you to know and cast level for MG1 and MG2, case of MG3 and more you need to build the magic guild and to learn them via talents |
