Author | Estate construction licence |
I just noticed this. What is it about? Any way to grow it past 1%? |
It is a reward crom the campaigns battles. If you collect 100 of them, then you will be able to build your own estate. Since the campaigns feature is relatively new, it is hard to say how easy/difficult it will be to get 100 of them. |
Since the things are for one territory only, and there are lots of territories and you need 100 of each I can imagine you would have to be lucky that even if you had obtained 500 of them that 100 were for any one territory. Therefore I Would imagine that unless they allow you to trade them, they will not really be worth anything except to someone who does a LOT of campaigns over a VERY long time for all the factions across all difficulties |
for Lord MilesTeg:
There may be other alternative ways to get them in the future. I imagine the situation will be that they need to be quite tough to get, but still achievable. |
Agreed with Corey.
Think about the armaments : you could only get them through Survs at first, and now a whole range of battles give them out.
Let's see what the admins set up, it's looking damn good in any case ! |
I see your point and do not mean to be negative, but I would hope within this they have put some sort of refinement into it. Either trading the construction licence (good things as then they would either be worth gold or would enable you to collect just one type) or a fixed price of a house such that you can purchase it for less than the total gold (also a good thing, though not as good as the other). Alternatively it may be that you can only get these for some territories.
Why do I say this, well if we say there are 25 territories (not sure if I counted right as was rushing, but around that number). Then in order to guarantee a house would mean 2500 licences to guarantee a house- that is a lot even if you take on board the point about making them available in more battles (which I agree with you on).
Obviously the actual total would need to be less than this with probabilities, though critically without another mechanism you will go from having no houses, to almost having loats, to having loads in a small increment - not a good model.
Hence I agree, but without a secondary mechanism to balance the distribution of these, they will be unlikely to be of use to people. Given that admins must know this, or will do as soon as someone points it out, I would anticipate that they will implement some system for this in the future. |
Looks like its a trade option- they on sale in the market - look at the side list - there is now a russian word there- looks like they are not going cheap (as I guess you would expect)
The consequence of this must inevitably be to reduce the value of any real estate out there. Not sure what the average house goes for, but their value must naturally be about 100th of the selling price. overall consequence - as a reward they are potentially rather nice on the bank balance!
I guess it depens on the demand out there. I can imagine at this point some co-operation is probably sensible. For example, if we shared amongst those in this community we could probably fairly quickly get a house. Either through one person declaring they are collecting for one location - or more easily co-ordinating through a military clan or some such.
Anyway, interestign prospect for those wishing to get on the property ladder! Seems a viable option now.
So to get the ball rolling, I have one for bear mountain for a fair price if anyone wants it :) |
Wow this is interesting, I have seen estates go for even 5 million, now given this will be a 0 star estate it should be a million or so at least, so 10k per 1% is my guess on what it would cost in the long term... interesting. |
Wow somebody has already bid 20k+ on wolf dale, wow this campaign is awesome xD |
So is there only one estate per territory or more?
And the way prices are being slapped to the 1% licenses it seems just buying an estate of 5 stars or more will be cheaper. |
for Lawton:
I doubt there will be just one estate per territory. For that to happen there would need to be only 100 tickets and one player would have to find a way to get all of them. There are likely to be more tickets out there as the campaigns roll on.
Trade option is not a bad idea, but I still think a player would want to have a handy amount of the certificates before trying to chase 100 off the market. |
Is this one of the random prizes? Or do you need to get 100% to get one of these? |
for Lord Fosgeen:
Random chance. I got 100% on hardest difficulty and didn't get one. I assume that the likelihood of getting one is pretty low compared to the armament/resources/gold rewards. |
for Corey:
Oh I thought you get it for sure :(
Otherwise this isn't rewarding enough for even the arts cost. |
Battles won: 17 out of 18, efficiency rate: 90%.
Reward:
1 diamonds, 1% share licence for constructing an Estate in "Harbour City".
Hurray :D
Btw I am confused I did all of them still why 17/18? Many are asking this question... oh and btw in the last battle I didn't have ballista or heal tent, still won though. |
Btw should I try selling it right away? I am planning on putting it in a 3 day auction, any opinions? |
for randomr1: 1 more battle open up neat hill before the sea after defeating 2nd last boss fight.
btw
Battles won: 18 out of 18, efficiency rate: 100%.
I did loose 1 fight, still efficiency is 100% why? |
I do not see Certificate in Empire Capital. |
Yeah they are not giving them, I guess it's because EC is "special". |
I didn't get certificate
should I try the campaign with another fraction? |
