can someone tell me why I got a very little xp, and fsp from this battle?

I suspect it's because the person you caught didn't have a full army (like they could have increased their troops more), and they managed to kill quite a lot of your troops so their xp gain was relatively close.
Also, you shouldn't be so scared of using your troops. :P |
