| I think that rule is more about those kids who share multiply accounts sometimes with out even know each other and violate several other rules and the game along with this one than a brother had played a few battles at his sisters game. |

Strictly speaking yes.
That's how I see it, it's not like some burn like hell transfer log situations, her "crime" is that was honest enough to say it otherwise no one would ever know about it since it doesn't affect the game actually.
And not something that keeps happening like she said at #2.
Things are not black and white, they are more than 50 shades of grey in between. :p

Agreed with Calamity here, will be really silly if she's got banned just because she's being honest, especially since she have no illegal intentions at all
(Unlike people who share accounts to transfer golds and such)
If she's got banned, that means it's always better to made up lies in your transfer logs if you're doing something fishy
For example, I'm sure this guy is totally honest in only having one account and received 'loans turned to gifts' from friends who eventually abandon their accounts ;)

Besides, her IP is probably still the same as her brother's IP, there's probably no signs of account sharing at all on the account's logs
Another reason why this rule is made is probably to prevent account selling, and if that's done there would've been an obvious change in the IP and account's activity, which is definitely not the case here. |
