| Ah right thanks Lord spiral-doom. But anyways on how to get the recruit mail, though I haven't seen a discussion on it in the forums but it's pretty much the same way as how you get the pendant (among other arts too), but all have to be accessed through the .ru portal. |

Recruit mail I think is achieved by completing the latest introduced battle quest, though it was still quite a few months ago, and it's a beginner quest just like the pendant of buffalo one. |
