Because they want to bring your frustration at the end of your wits until you cave into your own pockets -- and start pulling
your wallet!
As selfist noted, not only they have the algorithms that can do it, but the admins went to great lengths so that nothing else works for complex route other than their high-priced mount.

im sorry bout this but the dev's have families to feed too, so its actually rather reasonable to charge for such extra functions. |

Then you have a constraint, you can't afford the complex route mount, so maybe opt for a time reducing mount instead? |

Anyways,dev's have families to feed too so, if I could be of help in any way to them, I would be happy.
