Recently the above character without consent hacked into my account and transferred 53000 gold to his account and also changed my password. I somehow managed to recover my password but i am left with no gold. i thought this game was secure enough and i would really be gratified if the concerned authority takes measures to correct this wrong and takes steps to BLOCK the player.I will be waiting for some response

PS:- i am a level 6 player and therefore i need the gold genuinely and would be glad to receive some help and i m really furious about his illegal actions and violations against the game. apparently i cant type his name due to his name is sensored but you can find him in my transfer log |

0. In 100% of "hack" cases, the victim is considered guilty for letting the hacker have the password through either folly or carelessness, or even by directly breaking rule 3.7. of the general rules. So please note, the team does not owe you anything; it is pointless to go off into hysterics or blame it on the Administration. If you really count on any help, you need to pull yourself together.
1. When a player becomes hacked, or the team has suspicions about that fact, characters may be blocked (sometimes, the owner does not even know that his or her password is already leaked). This allows saving the victim's funds. If you find out that your character is blocked, and the comment for block is "Hacked"+player nickname, then either you were sent funds of a hacked player, or your character has been hacked, or you are the hacker.

i have read the rules and regulations of the game and i assure that i have not leaked my password to anybody. Anyway no point sulking now, but would be glad to receive some help. If not please block this account and i will start freshly.
PS:- i have seen the hackers transfer log and he has been found guilty earlier of trasferring gold from other players account. So he is a regular offender of the game. |

| There is a further issue in so far as the gold transferred from you, with "gift" as the comment is above what you are allowed to transfer, and so is itself illegal. To be fair his account looks dodgy, good luck, though I am skeptical as to whether you will get a satisfactory outcome. |
