Is there any back pack consider shop arts (able to wear in CG, standard arts tournament)

I heard the flag of current even is shop arts, is it true?
If yes, you can even equip it in current event?

PS. Do not count the flask (the arts that do not support battle)

Currently only the Flag is considered a shop art.
