Would the spell bonus damage be prevented by the magic shield?
Let's say my weapon with 60% increase spell damage against opposite's weapon with 60% magic shield protected. | | Again, ignore magic shield and extra magic shield, which one is effective? | | Weapons (staves) give magic pierce, not increased spell damage, so with 60% magic pierce, you ignore 60% of the 60% shield, ie 0.6*0.6 = 0.36 so it leaves 36% magic shield. | | [Post deleted by moderator Dragon Eater // misunderstood] |
