try to copy the address of the link of potion of oblivion
change "reset_tube" with "all_skill_drink" and see if you can buy it |

Potion of all skills was one of 3 choices available during an event (i think may have been a sphynx event, or similar).
Still have mine in the pack.. waiting for the day it will be needed :) |
